Refund Policy
At UCARTY, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order falls under any of the following issues, you may be eligible for a refund within 15 days of delivery:
Damaged items – physically broken or defective.
Not as described – wrong product, color, size, or features differ from the listing.
Not working / defective – electronics or functional products not operating properly.
Missing parts – incomplete packages, missing manuals, or attachments.
Wrong item sent – you received a different product than ordered.
Item not received – if your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund with no questions asked, except in cases of delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or other shipping carrier disruptions.
How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund through your order page on our website or by contacting our support team.
Refund Process
Submit your request through the website or support.
After reviewing your request, we may:
Provide a prepaid return label for the item (at no cost to you), or
Issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned in certain cases.
Refunds are processed once the request is approved or, if applicable, once the item is received.
Refund Types
Full Refund: For items that are damaged, defective, not as described, or not received (subject to the above exception).
Partial Refund: For items with minor issues.
Timeframe
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after approval or receiving the item.
Important Notes
Returns for “changed mind” or “didn’t like it” are not accepted.
UCARTY reserves the right to refuse refunds that do not meet these conditions.
Refund requests are not accepted after 15 days from the delivery date (except for “Item Not Received,” which is within 30 days, subject to the above exceptions).
